Our standard charge for arranging a mortgage is £199. Alternatively you could pay a fee of £399 and we will refund any commission from the lender. In many cases we do not charge a fee for advice and arrangement.
If a fee is to be charged then we will fully disclose and discuss this with you from the outset.
